All orders require a 48-hour period between the receipt of the order and the shipping of that order.

Note: Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped until Monday of the following week.

In order to keep the shipping costs low we ship via U.S. Postal Service. If your DVD is shipped to an address within the US it will be sent with Delivery Confirmation.

For international shipping please know that items shipped via U.S. Postal Service cannot be traced, therefore we cannot be responsible for lost packages. Customer assumes responsibility for loss.

Shipping and handling rate is a flat $3.50 for all orders regardless of destination.

International Shipping Guidelines
Your packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that a cross-border shipment is subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as title, to the U.S. Postal Service, and USPS may communicate such information to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return the DVD via certified mail, for any reason, for a full refund excluding any shipping charges if the DVD is unopened (still in its original plastic wrap).

We'll notify you of your refund via e-mail once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. Please be aware that we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

Lost Items:
We can trace all domestic shipments. If you don't receive a shipment within a reasonable time, email us and we will activate a search.

Damaged Items:
In case of damage, please return the DVD to us, including all original packaging, and we will re-ship after we receive the returned item.

Packing and Sending your Return:

Please note that the DVD is produced for the American NTSC TV-standard and therefore not compatible with PAL or SECAM based DVD players/TV sets.
